Some of our products begin as internal solutions to problems we cannot solve with what already exists. We build what we need, use it in our own work, and refine it until it becomes valuable enough to share. ContractsIQ® is one of those products.

We built ContractsIQ® because we couldn’t find what we wanted: a way to understand what matters in a contract without attorney rates, endless Word documents, or stitching together five different tools. It solved a problem we had ourselves, and became useful enough to share.
