Company strengthens enterprise security foundation while expanding leadership and teams across sales, engineering, security and marketing
COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho — September 29, 2026 — Incluud, Inc., an AI-native enterprise decision intelligence company, today announced the completion of significant security and compliance milestones, including its SOC 2 Type II examination, alongside the appointment of veteran executive Michael Krause to lead sales for ComplianceIQ®, Incluud’s regulatory compliance execution platform.
The announcements come as Incluud continues to expand its work with organizations operating in complex, highly regulated and data-intensive industries. The company has also recently added talent across engineering, security and marketing as it builds the infrastructure and team required for its next stage of growth.
For Incluud, the completion of its SOC 2 Type II examination represents an important milestone in demonstrating that the controls supporting its technology and operations are not simply designed appropriately, but operating effectively over time.

Krause to Lead ComplianceIQ® Sales
As Incluud strengthens its enterprise foundation, the company is also expanding the leadership behind ComplianceIQ®, naming Michael Krause as Head of Sales for ComplianceIQ®.
Krause brings decades of executive and commercial leadership experience, including serving as President and CEO of Würth USA and leading sales at XL Parts. He joins Incluud to build the commercial organization around ComplianceIQ® as the company expands within healthcare, financial services and other highly regulated industries.
